Cheese on toast- simple but effective!

- Lightly toast bread on a hot grill

- Grate/slice cheese on bread, cover crusts to save from burning.
  -  Put back on grill until cheese bubbles
 - Add finishing touches if you wish—i.e. pickle, marmite, sliced tomatoes.

Voila! Pain au fromage!
